First of all, I started by conducting some research and finding statistics about the current market. I learned that there is a huge number of pet-related products and an even larger group of pet parents who are unsure about how to select the best brand for their pets, often just following trends from the internet. Below are several cases and research findings on the current situation.

After researching pet owners' product selection habits and struggles while taking care of their pets, I conducted three rounds of interviews to identify their challenges. From the interviews, I found that:
1. Interviewees often chose products based on social media recommendations but were unsure why.
2. They want to learn more about product selection to ensure their pets' well-being and longevity.
3. There is often difficulty in booking veterinary appointments, especially outside working hours.Emergency visits cost over $1,000, which many find unaffordable.
